US consumer electronics company, Griffin Technology, has appointed its first Australian PR agency as it makes a major push into the Australasian market.
PR and social media agency, Red Agency, has been appointed to raise the profile of Griffin’s wide variety of products. The company designs and manufactures computer peripherals, consumer electronics, and accessories for smartphones and mobile devices, including the Survivor range of tablet and smartphone protective covers.
“Red Agency has considerable experience in the consumer electronics space and they quickly understood our brand and where we need to be,” said Jackie Ballinger Anderson,
Griffin’s Public Relations Director based in Nashville.
Red Agency Melbourne Principal, Grant Titmus, said the agency was looking forward to working with Griffin. “The product range is stylish and cutting-edge for a range of audiences, and we look forward to getting some great results for Griffin and increasing the sales of its products.”
Red Agency is one of Australia’s most awarded PR agencies. Already in 2013 it has:
- Won two Cannes Lions Creativity PR Awards
- Been named ‘Asia-Pacific Consultancy of the Year’ at the PR Week Asia Awards, in addition to four other awards at the show.
- A finalist in the US digital awards for Best Use of Facebook (winner announced in NYC on November 5)
